How It Works

  • Each cycle starts with a special-edition FlakeDemic shirt drop. Proceeds from sales go directly into the FlakeDemic Cares Fund to support injured workers facing hardship.

  • We invite the community to nominate workers who’ve been injured, overlooked, or wronged by the system. Stories can be submitted directly through the site.

  • Our review board narrows the pool to 5 finalists based on the strength of their story, proof of hardship, and alignment with our mission.

  • The 5 finalists are presented to the community. Through a transparent vote, 3 recipients are selected to receive direct financial assistance — a real lift when it’s needed most.
