Every four months, nominations are reviewed and narrowed down to five finalists. A combination of board review and public voting determines the three awardees for that cycle.

Yes! Anyone can submit a nomination — for themselves, a friend, a family member, or a co-worker. The more complete and honest the story, the better the chance of being selected.

100% of donations to the fund go toward supporting injured workers. Operational costs are handled transparently and funded separately through sponsorships or merchandise sales.
