We believe stories deserve to be heard. Whether it’s a co-worker, friend, or yourself — if someone’s been through it and kept going, we want to know. Every four months, we select three nominees to receive support through the FlakeDemic Cares Fund.

  • Every four months, nominations are reviewed and narrowed down to five finalists. A combination of board review and public voting determines the three awardees for that cycle.

  • Yes! Anyone can submit a nomination — for themselves, a friend, a family member, or a co-worker. The more complete and honest the story, the better the chance of being selected.

  • 100% of donations to the fund go toward supporting injured workers. Operational costs are handled transparently and funded separately through sponsorships or merchandise sales.

  • High-level sponsors get recognition in our events, digital promos, flyers, livestream recaps, and branded displays. We don’t just accept support — we spotlight it.
